Francia Raisa

As a junior in high school year, Raisa started acting. She modelled for commercials in the form of print ads as well as appeared in commercials. She was an actor in American Family: Journey of Dreams and Over There. Raisa made an appearance in Lil' Romeo's music video "My Girlfriend" as Tamy in 2004 as well as in the Iyaz music video "So big". One month into her sophomore year, she was booked one of her first lead roles, starring opposite Hayden Panettiere as Hayden Panettiere in Bring It On: All or Nothing. Between 2018 and 2022 Raisa appeared as the character Grownish in Freeform the show that was executive produced by the creator of Blackish Kenya Barris. She starred in the show's first four seasons, leaving the show following her character's graduation at the end of the season's fourth. As of 2018, Raisa was as Tyra in Freeform's television film Life-Size 2. Raisa has joined the cast of How I Met Your Mother spinoff How I Met Your Father in the month of May 2021.
